Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Vendor Set-Up will begin

Friday, prior to the event: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

RV Information

  • RV Hook Ups are available. 

  • They are $35/night and are 30 amp only.

  • Contact Brenda (325) 653-7785

Vendor Requirements

  • Outdoor vendors must provide their own generator.

  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and booth equipment.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own internet hotspot/payment collection.

  • Only one direct sales vendor per company is allowed.

  • No duplicate food vendors permitted.

Vendor Cleanup Expectations

All vendors are required to:

  • Clean their booth area

  • Remove all tape & trash

  • Tear down booth before moving vehicles

  • Exit the venue within 2 hours after event close

  • Keep loading areas clear (no blocking allowed)

âš  Failure to comply will result in loss of refund.

Even if you requested a specific booth, you may need to be moved in order to fill empty spaces.

First Financial Pavilion

Building A and Building B are connected through openings/doorways inside the pavilion.

Building A

  • Air conditioned

  • Every booth has access to electricity.

Corner Booth Policy

Corner booths along the wall are reserved for 10’x30’ spaces and larger. If any remain available after all other booths have been filled, they will become available for smaller booth purchases. This includes booths 20-23.

Buiding B

  • This building is not equipped with air conditioning. 

  • It does have port-a-coolers in the back that draws cold air from building A through the connected openings between the buildings. 

  • Center booths do not have electrical access

Corner Booth Policy

Corner booths along the wall are reserved for 10’x30’ spaces and larger. If any remain available after all other booths have been filled, they will become available for smaller booth purchases. This includes booths 111-113, 117-119, and 124-127.

Food Trucks and Trailers

Due to the large outside area and the way trailers will be lined up and parked, it is preferred for this event that trailers be left on premises if possible.  The outside area is enclosed by a fence that will be locked at night. If this is an issue for you, please contact me.  There should be room at this event for 6-8 food trucks and 4-6 boutique trailers.
