Multi-Event Discount
 

Vendors who register for two events at the same time will receive 20% off the booth fee for the second event. The discount applies only to a booth of equal or lesser size than the first event booth.

• Both events must be booked during the same checkout/registration period to qualify

• The discount cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined with other promotions

This offer is designed to help vendors expand their reach while securing booth space early.

 

Multi-Event Discount Eligibility

All multi-event discounts, including courtesy and early-registration offers, require registration for a second qualifying 2026 event. Vendors who are already fully booked or who are otherwise ineligible to register for an additional event due to product category limits, capacity restrictions, or availability constraints are not eligible for the discount.

No substitutions, credits, refunds, or exceptions will be provided in place of a qualifying second event registration.

Discounts cannot be applied based on availability limitations and are not redeemable for cash, account credit, or future event consideration, unless expressly authorized in writing by Up Events LLC.

Multi-Event Signup Discount – Terms & Conditions

The Multi-Event Signup Discount offers 20% off one (1) additional event booth when a vendor registers for two (2) events at the same time. The discounted booth must be equal to or smaller than the booth selected in the first event.

Discount eligibility requires both event registrations to be completed within the same transaction or registration period. The discount cannot be applied retroactively, transferred to another vendor, or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or credits.

Up Events LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility, limit quantities, and modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. All vendor participation remains subject to the standard Vendor Agreement, event rules, and space availability.
