Interested in Being a Vendor?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Up Events.

To ensure the best possible experience for both vendors and shoppers, all participants must go through a selection process.

How It Works

Submit a Request

Complete and submit the vendor request form below.

Eligibility Review

You will receive an email confirming or denying eligibility.

If eligible, you will be sent both the Vendor Application and Vendor Agreement.

Complete Documentation

Both forms must be filled out completely, signed, and returned.

Failure to do so will result in registration denial.

Agreement to Terms

By signing, you confirm that you agree to all policies and requirements.

Payment Process

Once your application and agreement are returned, you will receive an invoice with a “Pay Now” button. After payment is received, a receipt will be mailed to you.

One-Time Process:
The Application and Vendor Agreement is only required once. Repeat applicants only need to submit the request form below.​​

Do not submit a vendor request without reading and agreeing to the statement below.

READ BEFORE SIGNING UP!

Your full payment or 50% deposit is required immediately for all booths and is refundable (minus merchant fees) up to 120 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due on or before 60 days prior to the event. Failure to pay remaining balance by this date will result in forfeiture of deposit and reservation of booth.  Full payment is required after this date.

NO LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Vendors who fail to meet payment deadlines will no longer be able to reserve booths using deposits and will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for all future events.

I DO NOT HOLD BOOTHS. PAYMENT IS THE ONLY THING THAT SECURES YOUR SPOT!

Booth/Product Availability:

The only action that secures your booth is payment. Booths are never held, and invoices are not meant to be a reservation.  If you have a specific product/item you sell or a booth location that you’ve requested, it remains open and available to anyone until a deposit/payment is received.

IF INVOICES AREN'T PAID, THEY WILL BE VOIDED AND WILL NOT BE REISSUED!
