​​Vendor Requirements​

• Outdoor vendors must provide their own generator.

• Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and booth equipment.

• Vendors are responsible for their own internet hotspot/payment collection.

• Only one direct sales vendor per company is allowed.

• No duplicate food vendors permitted.

⚠ Note: We are not accepting boutique trailer applications for this event.

Vendor Cleanup Expectations

All vendors are required to:

• Clean their booth area

• Remove all tape & trash

• Tear down booth before moving vehicles

• Exit the venue within 2 hours after event close

• Keep loading areas clear (no blocking allowed)

⚠ Failure to comply will result in loss of refund.

Always check the list when you arrive at the venue.

Even if you requested a specific booth, you may need to be moved in order to fill empty spaces.​​​​​​
