​​​Vendor Requirements​

Outdoor vendors must provide their own generator.

Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and booth equipment.

Vendors are responsible for their own internet hotspot/payment collection.

Only one direct sales vendor per company is allowed.
-
No duplicate food vendors permitted.
âš Note: We are not accepting boutique trailer applications for this event.

Vendor Cleanup Expectations
All vendors are required to:

Clean their booth area
-
Remove all tape & trash
-
Tear down booth before moving vehicles
-
Exit the venue within 2 hours after event close
-
Keep loading areas clear (no blocking allowed)
âš Failure to comply will result in loss of refund.

​​​Always check the list when you arrive at the venue.
Even if you requested a specific booth, you may need to be moved in order to fill empty spaces.​​​​​​​​​​
