Setup is Saturday morning 7am to 10am.​

Open to the public from 10 am to 5 pm.

Please take the time to go to the Application page and read the Application/Rules.

Rules are put in place so that everyone has a good time during the event. I do enforce the Rules. 

Please note, any special requests as far as placement must be received at the same time as your application, the earlier the better! You must make your payment first. You will not be excepted without payment.  No refunds will be made for payments if you cancel. Payments can not transferred to a future event unless the event has to be postponed and/or rescheduled.

Inside set up, Saturday 9th, from 7am to 10 pm.

You must provide your own canopy, tables, chairs, and any setup equipment that you may need.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL. NO TRANSFERRING TO A FUTURE SHOW WILL BE ALLOWED. 

You're responsible for your own internet hotspot/payment collection. Most venues have wifi available, but if to many vendors connect to it, sometimes they slow way down or even crash.
