Andrews Fall Trade Days

September 25th & 26th, 2021
Inside setup Friday Sept. 24th. Noon to 10pm
Outside setup Saturday morning 7am to 10am.

Please take the time to go to the Application page and read the Application/Rules. Rules are put in place so that everyone has a good time during at the event. I do enforce the Rules. 

Please note, if you are accepted, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a space until payment is made. Any special requests as far as placement must be received at the same time as your application, the earlier the better! Once accepted to the show a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email address on your application. No refunds will be made for payments if you cancel and payments are not carried over from show to show unless the show has to be postponed and rescheduled.

Vendors must clean up their booths after the show. This  includes,

1. Cleaning your area.

2. Pull up blue tape.

3. No boxes, trash, zip ties etc. left in your booth.

Trash must be taken out to the dumpsters.

Boxes must be broken down before you put them in the dumpster.

4. Must be packed up and out within 2 hours.

There are some exceptions. I understand if you have 2-3 booths

and have lot of product. And it takes longer to pack up. 

5. You must tear down your booth before you pull your vehicle

up and block the door for everyone else.

6. No parking vehicles in front of  loading doors during the show hours.

If these rules are not followed you will be invoiced $100 and will not be able to participate in future shows until it's paid.

Important Disclaimer: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes, Covid 19 etc. and event cannot operate as published, if an alternative (postponed to later date) is provided and declined, there will be no compensation. If an event is postponed, your payment will be forwarded to the new date.

Boutique trailers are not allowed inside the building.

​NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL. NO CREDIT OR TRANSFERRING TO A FUTURE SHOW WILL BE ALLOWED. UNLESS THE SHOW HAS TO BE POSTPONED AND RESHEDULED. 

You must provide your own tables, chairs and equiptment.
